These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gdb999 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and wager on gdb999. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one account on gdb999. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within. All bonuses claimed under multiple accounts will be voided.
BDT Transactions
All transactions on gdb999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited in BDT at face value with no markup. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification before processing.
Bonus Wagering Rules

General Terms

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Definitions used throughout these Terms:

- You have not previously been self-excluded from gdb999 or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
Age Verification Process
gdb999 requires all players to complete an identity and age verification (KYC) process before any withdrawal request is processed. Accepted documents for age and identity verification include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — both sides
- Valid Bangladesh Passport (photo page)
- Valid Bangladesh Driver's Licence (both sides)
- Birth Certificate (for supplementary age confirmation only, not accepted as a standalone identity document)
Documents must be current (not expired), legible, and submitted as clear digital photographs or scanned copies. gdb999 may request additional supporting documents — such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request will result in account restriction to play-money mode only until verification is completed.
gdb999 uses a combination of automated document verification tools and manual review by its Compliance team to process KYC submissions. Players will be notified of the outcome of their KYC review by email within 2 business days of submitting complete documentation.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and financial services on gdb999, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. gdb999 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Where gdb999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first-registered account will be closed and any balances within the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gdb999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gdb999 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gdb999 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that your account can be secured. gdb999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
gdb999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players with 2FA enabled benefit from login-notification emails when a new device attempts to access the account, and are entitled to expedited support response times for account recovery queries.
Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update them promptly via Account Settings or by contacting support. gdb999 may be unable to process withdrawals or deliver important account notifications if your registered details are inaccurate or outdated.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
gdb999 processes all player financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary depending on the player's location and account verification status.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit.
- Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your gdb999 wallet within 60 seconds of mobile money confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to be reflected in your account balance.
- Deposit fees: gdb999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond gdb999's control.
- Deposit source: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.
Withdrawals

- KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with incomplete KYC will be held in a pending state until verification is completed.
- Processing time: gdb999 targets sub-10-minute processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard hours (06:00–23:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within 1 business day of approval. Processing times during peak periods (18:00–23:00 BST) or during scheduled maintenance windows may be longer.
- Withdrawal to original method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.
- Withdrawal fees: gdb999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Expedited withdrawal requests, where offered, may carry a nominal processing fee disclosed at the time of the request.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

The platform monitors all financial transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes. Where suspicious activity is identified, gdb999 reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, request additional documentation, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by gdb999 are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant bonus page and in the promotion communication delivered to the player. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the promotion's expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
Eligible Games
Not all games on the gdb999 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from certified providers typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, and Live Blackjack) typically contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate or may not be eligible for certain casino bonus wagering requirements — and vice versa. Bonus Abuse
gdb999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing wagers designed to have a minimal expected effect on wagering progress (low-variance hedging strategies), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, providing false registration details to claim a new-player bonus, and colluding with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is detected, gdb999 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on gdb999, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error may be voided.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of price discrepancies across betting markets in a manner that constitutes a professional or commercial betting operation rather than recreational gambling.
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using gdb999 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing gdb999 staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of any game or platform component.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to disguise your actual location.
gdb999 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to: voiding wagers and winnings, suspending access to the account, permanently closing the account, withholding funds pending investigation, and referring the matter to law enforcement authorities where relevant.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the gdb999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, software interfaces, and game assets — is the intellectual property of gdb999 or its licensors (including third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gdb999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from gdb999.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
- Use any gdb999 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of the gdb999 brand.
- Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any page of the gdb999 platform without express written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of gdb999's intellectual property or that of its licensors may result in civil or criminal liability. gdb999 actively monitors for and pursues enforcement action against unauthorised use of its brand assets and platform content.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
gdb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that the player is a self-excluded individual who has circumvented the self-exclusion process to re-register.
- Technical error that resulted in a player receiving funds or winning outcomes they were not entitled to.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting gdb999 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from gdb999 for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently, directly from Account Settings without needing to contact support. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on casino games, sports betting markets, or any other wagering activity on the platform.
- Service interruptions, downtime, platform maintenance windows, or technical errors that prevent access to the platform or result in a game session being terminated prematurely.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks, card networks).
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any reliance on information, game odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
gdb999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gdb999 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of security vulnerabilities at all times.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting or excluding gdb999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gdb999's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms
gdb999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the services offered on the platform, enhancements to player protection measures, or corrections to ambiguous or incomplete provisions.
Where a material change is made to these Terms, gdb999 will notify registered players by sending an email to the address associated with their account and/or displaying a prominent in-platform notification when they next log in. The effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the gdb999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
